|Description:||Prepare food in quantity for the residents and personnel and guests. Supervise other cooks.|
|Qualifications:||Must hold a current Arizona Food Handlers Sanitation card.|
Must be at least a high school graduate and preferably have a course in food production, sanitation, and safety. Vocational or technical education desirable. Must understand, speak, read and write fluent English.
Have at least two years in institutional cooking.
Must have leadership ability and have supervisory experience of 10+ employees.
Flexible schedule required, may include evenings and weekends.
Must understand the therapeutic diets. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to do mathematical calculations in changing recipes, estimating quantities required, portioning food, accurate in weighing and measuring foods.
